Dam Sith, editor-in-chief of pro-Sam Rainsy Party newspaper Moneaksekar Khmer, said yesterday he is to testify at Phnom Penh Municipal Court today in the defamation and misinformation lawsuit filed against him and opposition leader Sam Rainsy by Foreign Minister Hor Namhong.

Government orders Kratie radio station closed

The ministry of information has closed the Kratie branch of national radio station Angkor Ratha FM after it allegedly sold airtime to political parties without permission. NGOs and political opposition deemed the closure illegal.

NOT long ago China had almost no investments abroad. Today Chinese companies are big foreign investors, particularly in developing countries in Africa, South America and Asia. How do they do it?
